Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Return Process:

- Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- We provide return shipping labels upon approval

Refund Timeline:
- Inspection and approval notification within 5 business days
- Refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method
- Additional bank processing time may apply
Shipping Costs:
- We provide prepaid return labels for approved returns
- Customer pays return shipping for exchanges
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom/personalized products
- Personal care/beauty products (hygiene reasons)
Defective/Damaged Items:
- Contact us immediately upon receipt
- We cover all costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items
International Customers:
- EU customers have additional 14-day cooling-off period rights
