Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Return Process:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • We provide return shipping labels upon approval

Refund Timeline:

  • Inspection and approval notification within 5 business days
  • Refunds processed within 10 business days to original payment method
  • Additional bank processing time may apply

Shipping Costs:

  • We provide prepaid return labels for approved returns
  • Customer pays return shipping for exchanges

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom/personalized products
  • Personal care/beauty products (hygiene reasons)

Defective/Damaged Items:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt
  • We cover all costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items

International Customers:

  • EU customers have additional 14-day cooling-off period rights
  • All international return shipping costs covered by customer unless item is defective
