Shipping Policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 week  to process your order when ordering art prints . All other merchandise , unless stated , will shop between 1-2 days. Expect an email within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up via appointment. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please indicate upon order via email if you prefer to pick up  (info@patriziaterranova.com)

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Offering complimentary delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within1-2 business days (unless specified differently) using Australia Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. For large orders, a flat shipping rate will be applied ($30 for 5Kg and over) depending on location.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We are currently offering free shipping for all orders up to 11 oz (5kg) .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

 We offer complimentary international shipping for orders up to 11oz (5kg)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Patrizia Terranova Design  is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (possibly within 7 days) at info@patriziaterranova.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
